Question 1

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Velvet Leaf & Co delivers cannabis across the Denver and Aurora metro in Colorado, 7 days a week. We deliver to private residences only — not hotels, motels, or other lodging. If you're unsure whether your address is inside our coverage area, you can check at checkout or call us.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Most Velvet Leaf & Co orders arrive within one to two hours of being placed. Timing depends on time of day, weather, and where you are in the metro — you'll get an ETA at checkout and updates from your driver.

Question 3

How fast is cannabis delivery in Denver?

Accepted Answer

Most Denver cannabis delivery orders arrive within one to two hours. Weekday afternoons are typically the fastest window; evenings and weekends can run a bit longer. You'll see a live ETA at checkout.

Question 4

Is cannabis delivery legal in Denver and Aurora?

Accepted Answer

Yes — licensed cannabis delivery is legal in Denver and Aurora for adults 21 and older under Colorado's regulations. Deliveries must go to private residences, and a valid government-issued 21+ ID is checked at the door every time.

Question 5

Is there a delivery fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a small delivery fee applies to cannabis delivery orders. Rewards members can unlock free delivery at a points milestone, so regular customers can offset the fee over time.

Question 6

Is there a minimum order for cannabis delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — there's a small order minimum, shown at checkout before you pay. The minimum helps us keep delivery windows tight and drivers on schedule across Denver and Aurora.

Question 7

Do you deliver cannabis to apartments or only houses?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to any private residence, including apartments, condos, and houses where you legally reside. We can't deliver to hotels, motels, Airbnbs, dorms, or any other lodging, per Colorado law.

Question 8

Do you deliver to hotels or Airbnbs?

Accepted Answer

No — cannabis cannot be delivered to hotels, motels, Airbnbs, or any other lodging in Colorado. State rules allow delivery to private residences only, so we ask for a home address at checkout.

Question 9

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

You can place a Velvet Leaf & Co order two ways: on our live web menu at https://velvetleafandco.com/menu with no app required, or through the Velvet Leaf & Co app on the App Store or Google Play. Either way, you'll confirm you're 21+ at checkout and show a valid ID when your driver arrives.

Question 10

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — an account is required to order cannabis delivery, because it lets us verify you're 21+ and deliver to the right address. Signing up takes about a minute, and your first 100 rewards points are free.

Question 11

What do I need for cannabis delivery?

Accepted Answer

You need to be 21 or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and a private residential address. Accepted IDs include a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID, and payment is cash or debit at the door.

Question 12

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay by cash or debit at the door, per Colorado regulation. Credit cards aren't accepted for cannabis transactions, so plan to have cash or a debit card ready when your driver arrives.

Question 13

Can I tip my driver?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can tip your delivery driver, and they appreciate it. Tip at the door in cash or add it on the app at checkout.

Question 14

What do you carry?

Accepted Answer

Velvet Leaf & Co carries flower, pre-rolls, vaporizers, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, topicals, and infused cooking oils. It's a curated selection of trusted Colorado brands rather than an everything-menu.

Question 15

I'm new — where do I start?

Accepted Answer

If you're new to cannabis delivery, start with our Find Your Match quiz — five questions and we'll recommend a category. You can also read our plain-English product guides in the Product Education hub.

Question 16

Is the rewards program really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the Velvet Leaf & Co rewards program is completely free to join. There's no fee and no subscription, and signing up gets you 100 points on the house.

Question 17

How do points work?

Accepted Answer

You earn rewards points on every order and redeem them for perks like free delivery and member-only drops. Your balance is always visible in the app.

Question 18

Do I need to show ID?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every cannabis delivery requires a valid government-issued ID showing you're 21 or older. Your driver checks it at the door on every order, with no exceptions.

Question 19

Why residence-only?

Accepted Answer

Colorado cannabis delivery rules require that deliveries go to private residences only. That's why we can't deliver to hotels, motels, short-term rentals, dorms, or public places — it's the law, not a company preference.
